#OMF2K14 Atlanta Lakewood Amphitheater Recap!

One Music Fest 2K14

Cop a Lawn chair and Spot! September 13th Saturday 2014 marked grounds for One Music Fest to supply one of the hottest performance list of the summer 2014- At the Lakewood Amphitheater in Atlanta brought in a sensational crowd, enough to host 2 stages at once with live music from great Dj's from what my ears were able to catch in between eating lol. Plenty of vendors with superb smelling and looking food to choose from I ate a choice of Jamaican Jerk wings and Fries. Although I had chance to see them and smell them I didn't get a chance to get a funnel cake. Thanks to the Majic 107.5 Android app I was able to get a sweat saving hand towel to defeat the heat. With such a large crowd floating the heated event I couldn't help but notice how many beautiful people carrying weird shaped bottles with red drink- looked very refreshing!

Having a Zeus Stage and Hercules Stage allowed me not only to loose a few calories trying to keep up with the performances but it also gave us a chance to see a range of live performances. I must say we enjoyed every one of them, especially from the crowds reaction each show. Below you can see a few photos from the performances to see all view our photo line at the bottom of each page.

Performances by: Nas, Kendrick Lamar, Jhene Aiko, Alice Smith, Amel Larrieux, Red Man & Method Man, Daley, Isaiah Rashad, Bilal and Cody Chesnut.

Each touched the stage on average of 30-45 Minutes giving us a range of what we like to hear from them and a few sneaks of what's coming up. I have to say although I like listening to all of the artist that performed this year, I will commit myself to going to see them in person as much as permitted.

It's a large but small world!- Walking between stages as always some art caught my attention. I noticed a vendor tent with guys and gals standing out on easels painting and drawing different art. After observing and speaking with one of them I noticed my favorite place of Atlanta on a guys shirt. After watching him for a few we conversed and exchanged info to follow up on his creativity and to keep up with whats next with them Art Is King.
